WAGO has announced the launch of its new high-performance PFC300 Controller, designed to meet the complex demands of sophisticated smart factory applications. Its powerful 64-bit dual-core CPU, 2 GB RAM, and Gigabit Ethernet capabilities make light work of programming, controlling, and visualising machine and system data.
Engineered for seamless operation, the PFC300 runs on an open Linux® operating system, and supports a wide range of industrial communication protocols, including Modbus, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, and OPC UA. The controller supports WAGO’s renowned 750/753 Series I/O modules and is both Docker®- and cloud-capable – all of which makes it a future-proof option with the ability to adapt to the next wave of innovation.
