RLV transformers & five-second disconnection times

Question:
Can anyone help me understand how the transformers with integrated 110v sockets comply with the 5 second disconnection times in BS 7671?

The type I refer to are the wall-mounted ones, with thermal overload protection on the primary side but no protection on the secondary. Obviously these are supplied in conjunction with the regs but how do you go about testing and proving compliance?
