The proposed building has a gross internal floor of 23,320 sqm arranged over 7 floors plus a basement, on a site of 0.7 ha. The building consists of teaching space grouped in curriculum clusters around a central atrium that brings light right into the heart of the building, theatre/performance space, cafe, creche and an information centre. Works include access, infrastructure, enabling, sewer systems and landscaping.
