3. Incident Logging:

• Log Near Misses and Accidents: Report incidents to learn from them and prevent future occurrences.

• Incident Form: Fill out forms with details such as date, title, description, relevant staff, and photos.

4. Updated Permissions:

• Mark jobs as hazard-free or not.

• Add hazards using templates or manual entry.

• Attach multiple SWMS and WDS documents and view them in a PDF viewer.

• Mitigate hazards, with a red badge indicating those needing attention.
