In a key appointment, David Cowburn joins the National Association of Professional Inspectors and Testers (NAPIT) as an Executive Director to the NAPIT Group. David has held key posts at both Zurich Certification Ltd. and most recently ran NIC Certification Ltd on behalf of the NICEIC.
NAPIT Chief Executive, John Andrews, welcomed the new appointment by saying “David will be a real asset to the NAPIT group. In addition to his business experience at a very senior level with two large organizations, he also brings extensive experience of managing training and competence schemes including UKAS accreditation”.
