The Central South regional heat of the 2006 Merlin Gerin national golf tournament will be held at Marlborough Golf Club, Wiltshire, on Tuesday 27th June:
Now in its 22nd year, the competition is open to ECA and SELECT members and their electrical industry guests. It begins in May and continues through the summer months, with one-day regional events held in 12 top golfing locations throughout the UK.
A winning member and a winning guest from each region will then qualify for the National Final in September at Hawkstone Park Golf Club in Shropshire.
The National Final is an event held over two days. It is of immense enjoyment and a fitting reward for those who achieve the high standards needed to win a regional final. The event consists of a 36-hole competition on 19th and 20th September, followed by the Gala Presentation Dinner.
