GAMBICA's Variable Speed Drive Technical Committee has published the Third Edition of the GAMBICA Guide to ENA Engineering Recommendation G5/4-1, following the recent update by the Energy Networks Association from G5/4 to G5/4-1:
This update to G5/4-1 focuses on the effects of higher frequency harmonics, conditional connections and the format of reports, and the GAMBICA guide seeks to explain the causes and effects of harmonics, together with the ways that a consumer should interface with the drives manufacturer and the supply utility, including typical calculations and reports.
