Cooper Bussmann has announced that salient IEC low voltage (LV) cartridge and miniature industrial fuses are now Chinese Compulsory Certification (CCC) approved:

This makes Cooper Bussmann fuses eligible for sale in Chinese markets, well ahead of most of its competitors. This mandatory new regulation has been fully effective from August 1 2003.
The CCC Mark is required to be added to a wide range of manufactured products, including most fuses, before being exported to, or sold in, the Peoples' Republic of China. The scheme requires rigorous and complete type testing to an IEC Standard and the equivalent Chinese Standard (GB). The type testing and factory inspections are undertaken and controlled by the Chinese Authorities. Some fuses are not covered by the CCC regulations including non-IEC fuses such as UL types, as well as chip fuses and fuseholders.

More about Chinese Compulsory Certification (CCC):
China has integrated its two compulsory inspection systems, one to check contents of products for import and export, and the other for quality control, into a single procedure as part of its commitment for entry into the World Trade Organisation. The two symbols used, CCIB (Safety Mark, introduced in 1989 and required for products in a large number of product categories) and CCEE (for electrical commodities in seven product categories), are together now replaced by the CCC symbol.
Imported products, including fuses, without CCC mark may be held at the border by Chinese Customs and subject to other penalties. Component parts of a manufacturer's finished products may in some cases require CCC certification. In such cases, the component manufacturer is generally required to apply for the CCC mark.
