Vent-Axia Limited is a UK leader in the provision of heating and ventilation solutions. Due to expansion and restructure we are keen to recruit a dynamic individual to join the Group Service Department.
Your objective will be to reinforce our emphasis on quality and service whilst dealing with contractors, consumers and sales staff as directed by the service helpdesk. You will be responsible for dealing with warranty call-outs, installation works and all other service related issues.
The ideal candidate will be electrically qualified, have a good knowledge of the IEE Wiring Regulations and possess experience in electrical and ventilation faultfinding. You will need to have a current driving licence and have the ability to communicate with the public effectively and politely.
