Focus on driving growth and impact for Schneider Electric’s smart and sustainable building solutions
Schneider Electric, a global energy technology leader, has appointed Alice Williams as VP Digital Energy UK&I.
Alice’s role will be to drive growth and impact across the UK and Ireland Digital Energy business. She will focus on delivering end user energy savings and more resilient, efficient operations for customers through Schneider’s innovative energy management and automation solutions. Alice succeeds Kasim Mohammed who took on the role of VP for Services UK&I earlier this summer
Alice has been with Schneider Electric for over six years. She is returning to the UK&I business following time in the US as VP US Services leading a team of 600 across multiple functions and countries. In this role she drove sustainable improvements in execution, employee engagement, and commercial outcomes, supporting over $1B in revenue and laying the foundation for scalable, data-driven growth across five business units.
Prior to her time in North America, Alice held a key role on the UK&I Executive Committee leading the Strategy Team. Her responsibilities spanned strategy, commercial excellence, software solution deployment, and emerging markets.
Alice’s career began in the British Army, where she led technical and multifunction teams around the world. This experience has equipped Alice with a diverse skillset, including a particular talent for managing large-scale teams and driving operational excellence across diverse regions.
