Brady entry-level printer makes a permanent impression.
Sounds obvious but print quality is crucial with any printer. Rather than simply accepting claims about the Brady BMP21-Plus hand-held unit, Voltimum asked end-users to test its day-to-day performance for themselves.
The poll proved decisive. Brady’s entry level printer does deliver the quality and clarity users demand.
The printer’s merits certainly impressed those we canvassed to assess its capabilities after using it in their daily jobs.

Nigel Davies of electrical contractors Integral UK Ltd top-rated the BMP21-Plus’ print quality in our survey, also giving menu features such as navigation, application templates, symbols and font choice a maximum `six`.
Every handling feature gained a top tick from, as did the keyboard, display, cutter, material changeover and battery.
“A really useful label machine, that’s ergonomic and easy to handle” was his verdict, while concluding “I am ready to recommend it.”
Mark Hall of Schoon Energy TA RenEnergy hailed the BMP21-Plus’ handling features, particularly the keyboard and material changeover.
Menu features also excelled, with Mark top-rating navigation and applauding application templates, symbols, barcodes and font range. “Good print and adhesive quality, a strong ribbon,” he judged. “A sturdy unit.”

Any other features they felt the printer could include or further upgrade? “A charger and protective carrying case would add flexibility and convenience, Nigel suggests, while Mark believes “better battery usage and rechargeable battery pack fitted in the unit “would be good.”
