The Voltimum team heads to North-London to get electrician, Julian Jonker's, verdict on Nexans' latest update to its Titanex range of flexible rubber cables.
When Nexans told us it was enhancing its Titanex range of rubber cables, we were eager to get some samples over to our product testers to see what they thought.
Used in a variety of different applications, quality rubber cables must adapt to various environments - from indoor to outdoor, fixed or mobile, temporary or permanent applications. As a result, robustness and reliability are vital features.
With this in mind, Nexans has upgraded its TITANEX family of low voltage (LV) flexible rubber cables to become the first H07RN-F cable operating at up to 90°C temperature at the core (for fixed and protected installations).
After using the cable for a couple of weeks, the Voltimum team caught up with product tester, Julian Jonker (of Jonker Electricians) in North-London, to get his verdict.
