With a 360° rotatable crimping die that locks into eight positions, this versatile tool allows ferrules to be crimped from almost any direction, ideal for use in confined or complex installations.

The Twistor16® handles wire ferrules from 0.14 to 16 mm² with no manual adjustment needed. Instead, the square crimp profile automatically adapts to the different cross-sections in the capacity range; just turn the crimping die towards the wire with ferrule as required, insert, press and it’s done! Twin ferrules up to 2 x 6 mm² can also be crimped and extra-long ferrules are easily accommodated thanks to an open crimp zone accessible from both sides.
A slim crimp head makes it easier to reach between conductors or into cabinets while the tool’s toggle lever mechanism enhances force transmission, reducing strain without compromising pressure. Crimping pressure is pre-set at the factory but can be readjusted if needed.
