Cable management specialist Cablofil UK has acquired RM Cable Trays Ltd. This will be operating under a newly-formed, wholly-owned subsidiary company, Greenings RM Cable Trays Ltd:
The new company will continue to operate as a leading supplier of cable support systems from its existing bases in Warrington, Cheshire and Canning Town in east London.
Acquired from the Administrator, KPMG, the RM Cable Trays business will complement Cablofil as an integral part of a nationwide cable management organisation, supported fully by the 90million Euros European-based international parent group.
The new UK management team at Greenings RM Cable Trays will continue to provide the highest level of service expected of a market-leading organisation, to meet the exacting standards of quality and value for both customers and suppliers.
