Voltimum UK Electrical Wholesaling Partner WF Electrical is the dominant force in customer service among electrical distributors according to the results of a survey of electrical engineers published this month:

Following on the heels of a similar independent customer satisfaction survey announced only two months ago, this latest survey provides greater qualitative and quantitative findings to endorse WF Electrical's investment in customer service.

Measuring 15 key criteria, the survey, completed by an independent market research company, showed WF Electrical top in all categories. These spanned the ‘range of products offered’ - in which WF scored 15 percentage points ahead of its nearest rival - to ‘speed of delivery’ - where the company was 13% ahead of its next nearest competitor.

On customer service generally, WF Electrical scored an overwhelming 81% who said service was ‘good’, of which 51% ranked it the highest grade of ‘excellent’.

"In an industry where competition is fierce, price pressures apply and customer expectations continue to rise, it is essential to maintain both customer loyalty and attract new customers", explained Richard Edwards, director and general manager of WF Electrical. "Time and again, WF has demonstrated that in the land of the average, service is king," he concluded.
