Nexans fibre cable TBC can include MM62.5, MM50 and SM G652fibres.

For MM we offer different grades of fibre to suit yourapplication: GIGAlite, GIGAlite II, GIGAlite 3 (MM50 only) orGIGAlite 4 (MM50 only).

Installation

• Set cutter blade at 2.00 mm and cut the outer jacket and thecorrugated steel (Take care not to cut the inner sheath)
• Remove both in one operation up to a maximum of 5 m (to stripgreater than 5 m use multiple strips of less than 5 m)
• Once stripped you have a LSZH-FR cable
• Set the cutter blade at 1.0 mm
• Cut the inner jacket and remove it.
• Cut aramid yarns
