Question: Is there a maximum height that consumer units can be installed in new dwellings to meet the Building Regulations, including Approved Document M?
Answer: Consumer units are not presently mentioned in Approved Document M. The Building Regulations calls for reasonable provision to be made for people to gain access to, and use of the building and its facilities.
