Can I run cable through a stud wall with thermal insulation?

Question:

Is it ok to run cables through a stud wall that has 2 inches of thermal insulation on one side and the cables in a void space separated by wood where the back boxes are, if, it also goes under 75mm of insulation in the ceiling and under loft insulation along the route?

It's a 20A radial for sockets.

It was originally going to be fully insulated so I already have correctly derated to 4mm cable and opted for conduit. Because of the placing of the sockets and safe zones I'm having to go up under loft insulation in conduit but wiring straight round the walls in conduit (box to box) isn't an option without some really big notches, radiator pipes in the way and windows... and tight 90 bends as I only have 25mm space behind the plasterboarding.

The house is CA2 in my opinion and all stud walls and wooden structure with no service voids and insulation of 75mm in the space between the joists and loft insulation 120mm. I'm planning conduit through everything but it's slower and the client is stressing about time. My best bet I think is sticking to the plan having a conduit system and through everything rather than dipping in and out as each specific area requires. What would you suggest to be the most appropriate installation method?
