1. How to Enter

1.1 To be entered into the prize draw, participants must complete the Voltimum UK Questionnaire 2026, available at: UK Questionnaire 2026

1.2 Entry is open from 7th of July 2026 and closes at 23:59pm on the 17th of July ("the Closing Date"). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be counted.

1.3 Only fully completed questionnaires will be entered into the draw. Incomplete or partial submissions will be excluded.

1.4 No purchase is necessary to enter.

2. Eligibility

2.1 This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, working within the electrical trade industry (contractors, specifiers, wholesalers, distributors, or related professionals).

2.2 Employees of Voltimum UK, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of this promotion are not eligible to enter.

2.3 Each individual may submit only one entry. Multiple entries from the same person will be void.

3. The Prize

3.1 There are three (3) prizes available, each consisting of one £50 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card.

3.2 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative, in whole or in part.

3.3 Voltimum UK reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equivalent or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

4.1 Winners will be selected at random from all eligible, fully completed entries received before the Closing Date.

4.2 The prize draw will take place on or around the 20th July

4.3 Winners will be notified by email using the contact details provided in their questionnaire submission, within 28 days after the survey has ended.

4.4 If a winner does not respond within 2 days of being notified, Voltimum UK reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries.

4.5 Amazon Gift Cards will be issued electronically to the winner's nominated email address within [INSERT NUMBER] days of confirmation.

5. Data Protection

5.1 Personal data collected through the questionnaire will be used to administer this promotion, including contacting winners, in accordance with Voltimum UK's Privacy Policy.

5.2 By entering, participants consent to Voltimum UK processing their personal data for the purposes of the prize draw. Data will not be used for any other marketing purpose without separate consent.

5.3 Winners' names may be shared with the promoter's internal team for administrative and audit purposes only and will not be published externally without consent.

6. General Conditions

6.1 By entering this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

6.2 Voltimum UK reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice, for reasons outside its reasonable control.

6.3 Voltimum UK's decision on all matters relating to this promotion, including the selection of winners, is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6.4 Voltimum UK is not responsible for entries lost, delayed, or not received due to technical issues, including but not limited to those relating to the survey platform (Alchemer).

6.5 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Amazon.

6.6 This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
