Terms and Conditions Survey

1. Organiser
This survey campaign is organised by a leading manufacturer of electronic testing tools (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").
The technical implementation and administration of the survey are carried out by Voltimum S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") on behalf of the Organizer.

2. Eligibility
Participation is open exclusively to individuals aged 18 or older who are residents of the United Kingdom and work in the electrical trade (e.g., electricians, electrical contractors, installers).
Employees of the Organiser or affiliated companies, as well as their immediate family members, are excluded from participation.

3. Campaign Period
The survey can be completed from 24 July 2025 until 31 August 2025.
Voucher distribution is limited to 180 participants and will be carried out on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. Conditions of Participation
Participation requires the truthful and complete completion of the online survey.
Only fully completed surveys will be considered.
Each person may only participate once in the campaign.

5. Incentive / Voucher
The first 180 participants who fully complete the survey will receive a £20 Amazon.co.uk voucher as a thank-you gift.
Distribution is based on the order of receipt.
Vouchers will be sent via email to the address provided, no later than four weeks after the survey ends.
The voucher cannot be paid in cash, transferred, or combined with other promotions.

6. Misuse and Exclusion
The Organiser reserves the right to exclude participants from the campaign in the event of misuse, multiple entries, false information, or violations of these terms and conditions.

7. Survey Implementation
The survey is conducted by Voltimum S.A. on behalf of the Organizer.
Voltimum collects and processes survey data solely on behalf of and in accordance with the Organizer’s instructions.
The results will be evaluated for the purpose of market research and internal analysis.

8. Data Protection
The data collected is processed by Voltimum S.A. as a data processor in accordance with UK GDPR, under the responsibility of the Organizer as the data controller.
Personal data (e.g., email address for voucher delivery) is collected solely for the purpose of administering the survey and delivering the incentive.
Data will not be used for advertising purposes or passed on to third parties not involved in the processing.

9. Liability
The Organiser is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty.
The Organiser accepts no responsibility for technical issues, transmission errors, or data loss.

10. Early Termination
The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or modify the campaign in the event of valid reasons (e.g., technical problems, manipulation attempts, force majeure).

11. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the United Kingdom.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law, is the Organiser’s registered office in the UK.
