1. Promoter

This promotion is run by Voltimum UK & Ireland Ltd ("Voltimum," "we," "us," "our") in partnership with RS Components.

2. Eligibility

2.1. This promotion is open to registered users of Voltimum who are trade professionals based in the United Kingdom.

2.2. Participants must be aged 18 or over.

2.3. Employees and immediate family members of Voltimum UK & Ireland Ltd, RS Components, and ABB are not eligible to participate.

3. Promotion Period

3.1. The promotion runs from 00:00 GMT on 1st March 2026 to 23:59 GMT on 30th April 2026 ("the Promotion Period") (Updated as of 7th April 2026 from original end date of 31st March 2026).

3.2. Only purchases made and referred via Voltimum's Product Finder during this period are eligible.

4. How the Promotion Works

4.1. To qualify, participants must add ABB products to their basket via the Voltimum Product Finder and transfer that basket to RS Components to complete their purchase during the Promotion Period.

4.2. Following their purchase, participants must submit a valid RS Components order number via Voltimum's dedicated claim landing page to be eligible for the rebate.

4.3. Only one claim per order number will be accepted. Voltimum reserves the right to verify all submitted order numbers with RS Components.

4.4. The claim landing page link will be communicated to participants by email following their qualifying purchase. Details on how and when to claim will be included in that communication.

5. The Rebate

5.1. Eligible participants will receive a rebate equivalent to 10% of the retail price of qualifying ABB products purchased from RS Components via the Voltimum Product Finder during the Promotion Period.

5.2. The rebate will be delivered in the form of Voltimum+ points, credited to the participant's Voltimum account.

5.3. Voltimum+ points are credited at a rate of 100 points per £1 of rebate value. For example, a qualifying purchase with a retail value of £100 would generate a rebate of £10, equivalent to 1,000 Voltimum+ points.

5.4. Points will be allocated to eligible accounts by the end of April 2026, subject to successful verification of the submitted order number.

5.5. Voltimum+ points can be redeemed in Voltimum's rewards shop against rewards including Amazon vouchers and comparable digital rewards, at a rate of 100 points per £1.

5.6. Voltimum+ points are subject to Voltimum's standard Voltimum+ programme terms and conditions.

5.7. The maximum rebate value per participant is £200 (equivalent to 20,000 Voltimum+ points), regardless of the total value of qualifying purchases made during the Promotion Period.

6. Account Requirements

6.1. To receive Voltimum+ points, participants must hold a valid and active Voltimum account and have accepted Voltimum's terms and conditions.

6.2. Participants who do not yet have a Voltimum account will need to register at voltimum.co.uk and accept Voltimum's terms and conditions before points can be allocated.

6.3. Voltimum accepts no responsibility for points that cannot be allocated due to the participant not having a registered account or not having accepted Voltimum's terms and conditions.

7. Qualifying Purchases

7.1. Only purchases of ABB-branded products made via RS Components, where the basket was originated through Voltimum's Product Finder, are eligible for this promotion.

7.2. The 10% rebate applies to the retail price of eligible ABB products only, excluding VAT, delivery charges, and any other fees.

7.3. Returns, cancellations, or partial refunds of qualifying orders may result in a proportional reduction or removal of the associated rebate.

8. General Conditions

8.1. Voltimum reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all claims and to disqualify any participant who it has reason to believe has submitted fraudulent or inaccurate information.

8.2. Voltimum's decision in all matters relating to this promotion is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

8.3. Voltimum reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time if circumstances arise beyond its reasonable control, or if it suspects fraud or abuse.

8.4. This promotion is subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

8.5. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by RS Components or ABB. Any queries relating to this promotion should be directed to Voltimum.

9. Data Protection

9.1. Personal data submitted as part of this promotion (including RS Components order numbers) will be used by Voltimum solely for the purpose of administering the promotion and allocating rebate points.

9.2. Data will be processed in accordance with Voltimum's Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.

9.3. Data may be shared with RS Components solely for the purpose of verifying qualifying purchases.
