Nexans fibre cable MD-0625 is designed for following installationconditions :- Suitable for use in ducts or direct burial
- All dielectric design
- Provides rodent protection
- Up to 72 fibres
Nexans fibre cable MD-0625 can include MM62.5, MM50 and SM G652fibres.
For MM we offer different grades of fibre to suit yourapplication: GIGAlite, GIGAlite II, GIGAlite 3 (MM50 only) orGIGAlite 4 (MM50 only).
Installation
- Set cutter blade at 2.00 mm
- Cut and remove the outer sheath for a minimum of 10 cm toaccess the ripcord
- Remove the outer sheath using ripcord
- Cut FRP armour
- Once stripped you have a LSZH-FR cable
- Set cutter blade at 1 mm
- Cut and remove inner sheath
Construction
- 6 gel filled tubes containing up to 12 individually colouredfibres
- Central FRP strength member
- Water swellable yarns
- Flame retardant halogen free inner sheath
- Dielectric armour (Flat FRP)
- PE outer sheath
