This Acti9 iPRD1 C25r surge arrester protects industrial and tertiary buildings installations against direct and indirect transient overvoltages. This is a 3P modular device with a 1+2 surge arrester class type without a surge adapted backup fuse. It can be associated to a 315A fusible disconnect device with a gG fuse. it offers a remote monitoring and also a front face local signalling with a green flag when the device is opeartional and with a red flag when the device needs to be changed. This prewired surge arrester allows quick replacement of withdrawable cartridges when they are damaged. It is compatible with TN-C earthing system. It works on a Ue rated operational voltage of 240V AC under a frequency of 50Hz or 60 Hz. The Uc maximum continuous operating voltage is 275VAC. The In nominal discharge current is 25kA growing to a Imax maximum discharge current of 65kA. The Iimp impulse current is 25kA. The Up voltage protection level is 1.5kV. It is clipped on the DIN rail. The dimensions are (W) 54mm x (H) 105mm x (D) 86mm and offers more place to mount other devices on DIN rail due to its compact width. The weight is 508g. The IP degree of protection is IP20. The operating temperature is -40°C to +85°C. This product complies with the EN 61643-11 standard with the 2011, 2012 and A11:2018 amendment.
