TERMS AND CONDITIONS - Power Tool Survey Giveaway
1. Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is Voltimum UK & Ireland Ltd ("Voltimum," "we," "us," "our").
2. Eligibility
2.1. This giveaway is open to qualified electricians currently working in the United Kingdom only.
2.2. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over.
2.3. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Voltimum UK & Ireland Ltd and its affiliated companies are not eligible to enter.
2.4. One entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
3. Entry Period
3.1. The giveaway opens on 5th February 2026 and closes at 23:59 GMT on 28th February 2026.
3.2. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
4.1. To enter, complete the power tool purchasing habits survey in full.
4.2. All questions must be answered truthfully and to the best of the entrant's knowledge.
4.3. Incomplete survey submissions will not be eligible for entry into the prize draw.
5. The Prize
5.1. The prize is one (1) £100 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card.
5.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash alternative.
5.3. Voltimum reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make this necessary.
6. Winner Selection
6.1. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible survey completions received by the closing date.
6.2. The draw will take place within 7 working days of the closing date.
6.3. The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone within 14 days of the draw.
6.4. The winner must respond within 28 days of notification. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected.
7. Prize Delivery
7.1. The Amazon Gift Card will be sent to the winner via email to the email address provided in the survey.
7.2. Voltimum is not responsible for gift cards that are lost, damaged, or delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Data Protection
8.1. By entering this giveaway, entrants consent to their personal data being used by Voltimum for the purposes of administering the giveaway and, if they have opted in, for marketing communications.
8.2. Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection legislation.
8.3. Survey responses may be used by Voltimum for research and content purposes.
9. Publicity
9.1. By entering, the winner agrees to their first name and county being published on our website and social media channels.
9.2. The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity related to the giveaway.
10. General Conditions
10.1. Voltimum reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet the eligibility criteria or who Voltimum has reason to believe has breached these terms and conditions.
10.2. Voltimum's decision regarding all aspects of the giveaway is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
10.3. Voltimum reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if circumstances arise beyond its control.
10.4. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voltimum excludes liability for any loss, damage, or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the giveaway or as a result of accepting any prize.
10.5. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
