The demo rigs allow prospective buyers to see how control and automation equipment connects together, and to understand the benefits that an integrated packaged solution from a single supplier brings.
Telemecanique offers a complete range of control and automation components, including Phaseo power supplies, XVB indicator beacons, Tesys Model U integrated motor starters, Altivar variable speed drives, OSI detection devices and sensors, Zelio Logic intelligent relays, Magelis HMIs, PLCs. All of these products are integrated into the new rigs.

For example, they can control motor starters through different HMI devices or physically trigger limit switches and proximity and photoelectric sensors. Device status and diagnostics are even made visible via an illuminated beacon, an HMI display and an intelligent relay. It gives customers a real opportunity to find out what they're getting for their money."
At the heart of the demonstration rig is the new generation Zelio Logic intelligent relay controller, connected via a Modbus link to a HMI display from the Magelis XBTN range. These two product areas have seen recent advances that have enabled dramatic savings in both cost and space while enhancing ease of use.
