Thorn have extended the popular Omega LED range with a new circular design available in three sizes. Omega Circular provides an attractive design aesthetic adding a real statement to circulation areas and corridors. With IP40 protection as standard it can also be used in bathrooms and hospitals.
Available in three sizes (200mm, 400mm, 500mm), three outputs (1 600lm, 2 800lm, 3 200lm) and two colour temperatures (3000K and 4000K) with a choice of recessed and surface mounting options and dimming, Omega Circular answers all of your project requirements.
Adam Carmichael, Global Product Manager at Thorn, concludes: “Omega Circular completes the Omega range; it retains the outstanding lighting performance of the rest of the family with 85Llm/W and up to 100Llm/W in the smaller size. This exceeds industry guidelines and uses less energy compared to fluorescent equivalents, allowing a short payback time and substantial energy savings. Furthermore it gains a unique twist and lock installation method, where the semi-recessed box simply screws onto the ceiling tile, making life easier for contractors as they only have to use the tools they usually carry with them to install downlights for instance.”
