It is great for gripping, holding, pressing and bending workpieces with smooth jaws that won’t damage components, even chrome. The push button adjustment makes it easy to change the size and the parallel jaws give a very solid, tight grip. Model 86 02 250 offers scaling for presetting the width apart from the workpiece
The KNIPEX CoBolt® Compact Bolt cutter range is a very popular one. The precision cutting edges on these pliers mean you can cut soft and hard wire as well as piano wire and can easily cut bolts, nails, rivets and more up to 5.2 mm dia. The cutting edges are additionally induction-hardened, to approx. 64 HRC. Model 71 32 200 has an opening spring and locking device integrated in the handles and comes with a gripping surface below the joint for gripping and pulling wires with a diameter from 1.0 mm.
