Question: Can any one advise me on the correct way to reverse the rotation of a star delta electric motor?
Some people tell me that the way to do this is to transpose two of the supply cables on the load side of the isolator, and others say to swap over two of the windings (which I think is asking for problems). What is your view?
Answer: Simply reverse any two phases on the supply side of the motor concerned.
