Our Voltimum Experts answer your questions on a daily basis in our Technical Expertise area. This one, regarding an electrical circuit design and whether it meets requirements, is answered by the ECA:

We are taking circuit no.2 from the distribution board (DB) to the lighting pull box (LB), and from panel to that box we are pulling three 1.5mm cables for phase, neutral and earth. From that pull box, we are separating circuits with Wago push-wire connectors as nos. 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, etc...circuits to control with different switches.
Is there any problem with this method according to relevent British Standards, since we had a doubt about the MCB and cable size?
