Jeff Stephenson asks a question about a three-phase circuit that is using single-phase MCBs. It is answered by the NICEIC (Theme – Regulations & Legislation):

Question: We are going to work on an existing electrical installation having a three-phase lighting busbar. The protective devices for this busbar are three single-phase MCBs rather than a three-phase MCB.
Is this satisfactory?
If not satisfactory, which regulations does it fail to comply with?
Answer: There is no issue of non-compliance, as the lighting circuits are single-phase. However, if three-phase circuits are being used on the arrangement, there could be issues.
There would be a need to identify an adequate means of isolation when working on the installation. This is otherwise a satisfactory arrangement.
