Q & A of the Day - How can I dim my fluorescent lighting?
Question: I'm looking to dim my fluorescent lighting. How can I achieve this for energy saving?

Answer: You need to have special dimming control gear to achieve this. There are a number of options, but typically these will be as follows:

1. DSI, which is controlled by an additional global digital signal.
2. DALI generally as above, but each unit has a dedicated address.
3. Analogue (1-10V) controlled by an additional low voltage.

Please contact your Cooper representative for the control equipment required to meet your requirement.
