Q & A of the Day - Do electrical installations in caravan parks come under Part P?
Question: Can someone please tell me whether electrical installations in caravan and camping parks (Sec 708 BS7671:2008) come under Part P of the Building Regulations, or not?

Answer: The only installation that would come under the scope of Part P is if there is a self-contained dwelling on the site. An example might be a dwelling for the site manager or similar.
