With the correct application of central heating controls a proven energy saver, controls experts Horstmann will be demonstrating its extensive range of programmers, timers, thermostats and system accessories at the PHEX Manchester and Chelsea exhibitions.
Many feature energy saving technologies such as TPI for highly accurate temperature control in room thermostats and programmers and the optimum start feature that allows a programmer to anticipate the next set temperature and switch on the central heating up to 2 hours in advance. This ensures the set room temperature has been reached by the time it is due to take effect and in the most efficient manner
For easy installation and upgrading, Horstmann has also developed a full programme of advanced wireless controls that open up a number of avenues for the installation of a room temperature controller, either as a conventional room thermostat or a programmable room thermostat.
At PHEX Horstmann will be majoring on its latest introductions and giving a view of some of its portfolio of wireless controls that deliver increasing levels of comfort, convenience, energy savings and intelligence to the homeowner.
These include the latest C-Stat combined programmer and room thermostat, the CentaurPlus timer and thermostat combination and the recently introduced HRT range of room thermostats (all with TPI software) that are available in a number of installation options.
These in addition to programmers and timers ideal for general system upgrade applications, zoning installations, use in sheltered housing environments and a range of hot water controls suitable for use with all tariffs.
On the Horstmann stand many of these controls will be available for demonstration and experts will be available to offer advice and product information.
