Fully optimised for the iPad and Android tablet devices, the Newlec catalogue app enables users to browse, buy and access technical information on over 3,500 electrical products from the Newlec range at their own convenience with a Wi-Fi or 3G connection.
Ideal for the busy contractor, the app incorporates linked menus to make finding product categories easy, as well as a scroll mechanism so users can quickly view page after page of products to find technical specs that make product selection a doddle. Once chosen, products are placed in a basket on neweysonline.co.uk where account terms and stock can be checked before the order is completed.
Making life even easier, if users cannot find what they are looking for, the app includes
index lists to all products with individual links to every page. Plus, to help contractors find their nearest branch, the Newey & Eyre branch finder gives detailed contact, email and location information, so customers can click and collect from the most convenient location.
