The appointments reflect Elucian’s continued investment in its people and sales infrastructure, as demand grows for the brand’s innovative range of consumer units, distribution boards and protective devices. Both bring a wealth of industry knowledge, technical expertise, and proven commercial experience to the team.

Nathan Richards has been promoted internally from within the Scolmore Group, bringing with him a strong understanding of the organisation and the electrical market. Nathan previously held the position of Area Sales Manager for the Click Scolmore division before moving into a similar role within the Elucian division, where he has been instrumental in increasing brand awareness and sales performance.

In his new role as Regional Sales Manager – South, Nathan will oversee and manage an expanding sales team across the southern region of the UK. His responsibilities include driving regional sales strategy, ensuring comprehensive representation of the Elucian product portfolio, and strengthening relationships with wholesalers, contractors and key industry partners. Nathan will also play a key role in shaping the strategic vision of the Elucian sales department and will represent the brand at major industry events, conferences and trade shows.

Stuart Ireland takes up the role of Regional Sales Manager – North, bringing over 40 years’ experience in the electrical industry, covering specification sales, wholesale sales, and management within electrical distribution. Over his career, Stuart has held a number of senior sales roles, gaining extensive experience in building sales teams, managing growth strategies, and developing strong customer relationships.

His depth of knowledge and commercial expertise equip him to deliver outstanding sales leadership and service across the northern region.

The creation of these new Regional Sales Manager roles underlines Elucian’s ambition to further strengthen its sales structure and provide enhanced support to the electrical trade as the brand continues to grow nationwide.
