James has served as the Vice President of Quality & Customer Satisfaction, Sustainability, and Operational Excellence for the Power Products Division, joining Power Products in 2022.
He has demonstrated his ability to strengthen quality performance, accelerate sustainability integration, and embed continuous improvement disciplines across the division.
Dr. Ezhaya earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Philosophy, an MBA from Crummer Graduate School of Business, and a Doctorate in Business Administration focused on Leadership Through Crisis from the University of Warwick. He is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Stanford‑certified Project Manager, Quality Assurance Coach (FMEA, 8D, SPC, MSA), and MIT‑certified Chief Sustainability Officer.
