Electrical design course

A two-day course entitled 'Design' and held by the IEE will examine the design of LV electrical installations. It will be held on a series of dates around the UK:

This course is aimed at the needs of designers, specifiers and others involved in the design and specification, of low voltage (LV) electrical installations.

Topics include: Overcurrent protection - principles and practice. · Shock protection - principles and practice. · Isolation and switching. · Selection and erection of equipment. · Special installations or locations.

A design exercise based on a real installation will enable participants to apply much of what they have learnt.
