Question: When replacing a consumer unit in a domestic installation, should the test results values of the existing final circuits be inserted on the schedule of test results?
Or should the boxes be marked with N/A as the electrical installation certificate only covers the new work (i.e. the new consumer unit) and not existing wiring?
Answer: The schedule of test results should be fully completed with the details of the existing circuits.
