Connection of a static caravan: is this the correct reference method?

Question:
I have a query which I hope you can help with regarding connection of a new static caravan.

The installer has provided an installation certificate for wiring. My query is the installation ref method is specified as 101, which is flat twin & earth, but the cable is flexible stranded, which I think should be ref method A.

Which brings me to the second part of my question, being it is TT system 30mA RCD, ring main 16A 60898 Type B MCB using 1.5mm stranded conductor cable.

From looking at BS7671 table 4d2a which also refers us to section 2.4 of the appendix 4 gives a multiplying factor of 0.95. Am I correct in assuming if they had used flat T&E this would be acceptable but undersize for stranded conductor?

Also, is it possible to take a 16A spurred socket off this circuit?
