We have a new vacancy for an Area Sales Manager to join us working as part of our Sales Team covering the Central Region: Milton Keynes, Stevenage, Luton, Hemel Hempstead, St Albans, Enfield, Ilford and Central London
The Area Sales Manager is a key role within the UK Sales operation, targeted with developing, managing, and growing sales activities and driving profitable sales performance across the allocated region / sales area.
This position will be a full-time / permanent role and will ideally suit someone located within the sales area.
What are the main duties of this role?

To develop and drive forward sales plans and objectives for your area using a sales matrix.

Build strong and beneficial relationships with key personnel in customers ( Electrical wholesalers contractors)

To deliver profitable sales performance to target levels

To provide reports and insight as to opportunities to grow and develop your sales area
What we are looking for:

a good sales track record with demonstrable market knowledge and experience
-
experience of selling in the electrical or construction marketplace
-
relevant and current connections within the key customers
-
the drive, enthusiasm, and self-motivation to underpin success
-
current and applicable UK car driving licence
-
appropriate IT and business management skills
