EnviroVent Ventilation Chosen for Historic Liverpool Building Odgen’s Tobacco

Ogden’s Tobacco’ building in Everton, Merseyside is a historic Grade II listed building which was recently converted into 19 apartments by social housing provider Liverpool Mutual Home. EnviroVent were specified as the ventilation supplier by Housing Maintenance Solutions, who form the contracting arm of Liverpool Mutual Homes to improving indoor air quality whilst helping to control humidity levels and protect the fabric of the building from condensation.
