Terms & Conditions – Voltimum Decorative Lighting Survey Prize Draw

Promotion Period: The prize draw is open for entries from the date of launch until 23:59 GMT on Friday 13th March 2026 ("Closing Date"). Entries received after this time will not be eligible.
1. Eligibility
1.1 The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, excluding employees, contractors, and agents of Voltimum Ltd and their immediate family members.
1.2 Entrants must be working in or associated with the electrical trade industry.
1.3 Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
2. How to Enter
2.1 To enter, participants must complete the Voltimum decorative lighting purchasing habits survey in full and submit it before the Closing Date.
2.2 Incomplete survey submissions will not be considered valid entries.
2.3 No purchase is necessary to enter this prize draw.
3. The Prize
3.1 One (1) winner will receive one (1) Amazon Gift Card with a value of £100 GBP.
3.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
3.3 Voltimum Ltd reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances make this necessary.
3.4 The Amazon Gift Card is subject to Amazon's own terms and conditions of use, available at amazon.co.uk.
4. Winner Selection
4.1 The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received by the Closing Date.
4.2 The draw will take place on or before 27th March 2026.
4.3 The draw will be conducted by an independent party or by a Voltimum employee not involved in the running of the promotion.
5. Winner Notification
5.1 The winner will be notified by email using the contact details provided at the time of survey submission within 5 working days of the draw taking place.
5.2 If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, Voltimum reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
5.3 The winner's first name and county of residence may be published by Voltimum for promotional purposes. By entering, participants agree to this. A full list of winners may be requested by writing to Voltimum Ltd within one month of the Closing Date.
6. Data Protection
6.1 Personal data submitted as part of this prize draw will be processed by Voltimum Ltd in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
6.2 Data collected will be used for the purposes of administering this prize draw and, where separately consented to, for marketing communications.
6.3 Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary for prize fulfilment.
7. General
7.1 Voltimum Ltd reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw this prize draw at any time without notice, where circumstances make this unavoidable.
7.2 Voltimum Ltd accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, or corrupted due to technical issues.
7.3 By entering this prize draw, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
7.4 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
