The IEE will be presenting courses entitled 'IEE Wiring Regulations, 16th Edition Design' at a range of venues and dates throughout 2003:
This course is aimed at the needs of designers, specifiers and others involved in the design and specification, of low voltage electrical installations.
Topics will include:
- Overcurrent protection - principles and practice.
- Shock protection - principles and practice.
- Isolation and switching.
- Selection and erection of equipment.
- Special installations or locations.
A design exercise based on a real installation will enable participants to apply much of what they have learnt.
Dates and venues:
London - 18-19 August; Glasgow, Teacher Building - 15-16 September; Birmingham, Austin Court - 13-14 October; Manchester, Chancellors Conference Centre - 04-05 November and London - 08-09 December.
