Weidmuller’s new Profibus DP distributor has been designed to allow connection of Profibus DP instruments with SWA Cable in challenging environments where there is a danger of damage to standard Profibus DP cable.
Utilising Weidmuller’s renowned STB enclosure the distributor has three M20 clearance holes one each on the left, bottom and right hand sides, and comes complete with the Profibus DP T piece to enable connection to the spur whilst providing an excellent shield contact. The cable glands can then be selected to suit the SWA Cable being used.
The overall dimensions are 120mm x 120mm x 80mm (Height x Width x Depth)
