About ESP ® For more than 20 years ESP ®  has been developing and supplying security  related products to the UK electrical industry. Training Days As part of our commitment to our customers, and in an effort to help them develop and grow their business, we invite contractors and wholesalers to our specially designed training days which take place regularly at our head office premises.  Our training programmes are aimed at those customers who would like to add fire and security equipment to their product portfolio but feel they do not have the knowledge to do this with confidence.  Most aspects of security are covered including CCTV, Access Control, and External Area Protection, with a separate training day dedicated entirely to Fire Protection products.

Stock      Our extensive range of products which covers five different categories are all held at our distribution centre in the West Midlands. This means we are able to offer 97% availability on stock at any given time.  Warehouse / Service   Our centrally located warehouse and distribution centre allows us  to guarantee next day delivery on all our product ranges.   Product Development      ESP ®  products are designed with our customer / the installer very much  in mind. Sales Structure     The external sales team is being continually developed to enable ESP ®  to meet  the ever- changing needs of the market.  This development now sees the sales force able to offer dedicated contacts for both distributors and contractors at local and national account level and allows us to maintain a focussed approach in line with our business development plans. Distributor Network      ESP ®  has over 1700 trading accounts providing a comprehensive network   of wholesale outlets covering the whole of the UK. These are a combination of Independent Wholesalers, National Wholesale Groups and Buying Consortiums.  The company sales strategy is to ensure that all ESP ®  products  are available local to the requirements of the installer and specifier. In-House Studio     All marketing support including product literature and point of sale material is designed by our dedicated in-house design studio. This facility enables us to offer bespoke marketing support to our customers and the availability of an on-line Marketing Hub and dedicated Marketing Support brochure has provided Stockists of ESP ®  Products with a range of tools to enhance their  own marketing activities. Sales Office      Based alongside our distribution facility this busy sales office provides a central point of contact for all customer service requirements. The professionalism skills and knowledge of our internal sales team enables us to provide the high standard of service that we know our customers expect. Our on-line ordering facility is also managed within this office.
