Recycling Factsheet
At Marshall-Tufflex, we have a great environmental story to tell. This story has been evolving and enhancing within our company for over 20 years. This factsheet explains how we are using recycled material in the manufacture of our products and talks about our desire to influence the rest of the industry to follow suit.
To achieve this vision, there needs to be a radical sea-change in our industry. Things are moving. Attitudes are changing. It’s also causing many to wake up and take action personally to stop any further irreversible damage to our planet. But we need to do much more to spread the word about the importance and benefits of using sustainable plastics in our industry.
Last year, our PVC-U cable management products were manufactured using 80% recycled material, preventing thousands of tonnes of PVC-U windows ending up in landfill. Over the last 20 years we have developed our processing techniques, along with innovative technological advances which have enabled us to increase our use of recycled PVC-U.
