Here detection needs to be especially accurate and precise. On/off of lights depending on occupancy is only the beginning. Using constant lighting control, the required level of brightness can be achieved using the available “natural light” and the controlled addition of “artificial lighting”. Only the necessary amount of electricity is therefore consumed. Blinds, as well as heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems can be controlled efficiently with presence detectors.
