The Langage Power Station, the UK’s first major power station to be built in over five years, has been equipped with Prysmian’s new generation FP Plus cable. The cable has been installed throughout the fire alarm system at the new power station located near Plymouth. A project of this scale and importance called for the highest specification of fire resistant cable to ensure the safety of staff and the local population.

SECTION 559 (of BS 7671:2008) luminaires and lighting installations is a new series of Regulations giving particular requirements for fixed outdoor lighting installations, extra-low voltage lighting installations and lighting for display stands.
