Dimplex has again expanded its range of electric water heating products with the launch of the V range of oversink water heaters. With a rapid heat-up, the new point of use water heaters are ideal for a wide range of light commercial applications where use is intermittent, including village halls, office kitchens, and staff rooms.

The powerful 2.2kW units deliver five or 10 litres of water heated to the required temperature for a sink of hot water. The units offer a choice of four temperature settings, from cold up to 85 degrees Celsius, to avoid wasteful overheating.
For assured safety in multi-user environments, the V range features a power-on indicator, while an auto reset temperature cut-out allows the units to resume operation in the event of being operated when dry.
The water heaters are vented, so the outlet must be left unrestricted and open to the atmosphere, and with even the larger 10 litre unit having compact dimensions of just 460mm x 295mm x 285mm, there is plenty of flexibility over installation location. The 300mm long spout can be rotated through 180 degrees for easy access from any angle. Finished in easy-to-clean white plastic, the V5 and V10 will suit a wide range of environments.
Compact, lightweight and fitted with a 1m 3-core supply cable, the water heaters are straightforward to install and come with a 24 month guarantee.
