NICEIC Group has announced the appointment of Alan Wells as the Head of its Electrotechnical business unit. Alan will have overall responsibility for the operational, technical, sales and marketing activities of NICEIC to its 24,000 Approved Contractors and Domestic Installers.
“Alan has a great understanding of the industry and his appointment will enable NICEIC to maintain its position as the leading independent voluntary body for the electrical contractor,” says Angus Moir, NICEIC Group Chief Operating Officer. “He brings to the position many years’ experience gained across the building, engineering and electrotechnical sectors.”
Alan joined NICEIC from the Electrical Contractors Association (ECA) in 2004.
